İlker Özsalman

İlker Özsalman born in 1969 in Istanbul has finished his Secondary and High School education in İzmir Çınarlı Anatolian Technical and Industrial Vocational High School, at the department of Construction and he has received his B.A. degree at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry. He is a member of the Chamber of Cadastre Engineers.

His thesis study was “Standard Investigation of numbered 3194, Construction Law, 18th article practices in Turkey”. In 1988, during his undergraduate study, he started working for Nizamoğlu Engineering Firm as a Survey Engineer. He acts together with NIZAMOGLU Law Office about the conflicts on “Real Estate Law”, as a solution partner under Nizamoglu Engineering.

He has participated in many projects such as base map, cadastral work, reconstruction plan and practices, numbered 3194 Construction Law,18th article, implementation of development plan, numbering, forming address and information system, information system of real estate and real estate Counselling.

Proficiency in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Netcad, AutoCAD and MapInfo.

He is married and has two children.
